Building on the 24-year legacy of Hearts at Home, Hearts2 offers a 2.0 version mom’s conference for 3 simple reasons: to gather, grow, and go.  We know how important it is to gather with other like-minded moms, to be inspired and encouraged, and reminded that we are not alone in this mighty work of motherhood. We also realize that we are forever learners on this earth. Growth that brings about wellbeing and wholeness in YOU and your family is the most important and impactful learning to obtain.

So, let’s gather, grow and especially, GO.  Hearts2 wants you to GO back into your home and community refreshed and recharged. Hearts2 is filled with truth, tools, and tips that will bring life to you, your family, and those around you.  We want to spark your heart and ignite a deeper love for God, yourself, and your family.  Join us for a deep breath and transformational teaching—we are excited to see you soon!

FAQs

Q: What can I expect at a Hearts2 Mom's Conference?

A: We have tailored this event with you in mind! Friday evening come early for a dessert bar set up in our amazing Moms Market! We are working to bring full expo of trustworthy vendors and sponsors. Stay for worship, teaching and entertainment from the main stage from 7:00-9:00.

On Saturday, the Moms Market will be open 7:30am-6pm. But, the heart of the day will be when we gather together for a full day of worship and main stage speakers from 8:30am-5:00pm. Our guest speakers will each sharefrom a unified conference theme for a cohesive learning experience.Throughout the weekend, attendees will have the benefit of hearing seven experienced speakers who will build toward a panel discussion at the end of the conference day. This will provide an opportunity for you to have your questions answered so we can all grow together.

Q: What time will doors open?

A: Registration and Moms Market opens at 4:00pm on Friday evening, and auditorium doors will open at 6:30pm.  On Saturday morning, Moms Market will open at 7:30am and auditorium doors will open at 8:00am.

Q: What will seating be like?

A: Seating is general admission. Reserved seating is available for those who purchase our VIP ticket add on. Also, we will reserve discreet seating for nursing moms (and their helpers), and those needing special accommodations for medical reasons. Please e-mail events@ignitethefamily.org if you fall into a special needs category.

Q: Will I be able to save seats?

A: We understand that many of you will want to sit with friends! We recommend that you make plans to come as a group, or meet in the lobby. Doing so will give you a better opportunity to sit together. We will request that all saved seats be released 10 minutes before sessions begin.

Q: Is there a special hotel rate or recommended hotel?

A: A discounted conference rate is available at multiple hotels in order to provide a variety of options

Q: Will there be merchandise for purchase?

A: Yes, we are working hard to fill our Moms Market with trustworthy resources that will support the vision and goals you have for yourself and your family. We will have a variety of vendors from health to home decor, fashion to faith, and books, books, books! The speakers and our special guests look forward to interacting with you in the Moms Market!

Q: What should I bring with me?

A: Please bring your ticket, either printed out or visible on your smartphone. Other suggestions would include your Bible, a journal and a pen. If you have specific dietary needs please come prepared.

Q: Will there be food served?

A: Friday evening, a dessert bar, coffee and water will be available for attendees in our Moms Market. Please make plans to eat dinner with friends prior to arriving; we will be sending out restaurant recommendations as we get closer to the date.

On Saturday, we will have coffee and water stations around the center and a lunch is included in your registration. When you register, you will select  from one of the three options: Non-Vegetarian, Vegetarian or Gluten-Free/Vegan.

A snack bar will also be available with a variety food and beverages for purchase.

Q: I requested the wrong lunch, can I make a change?

A: Yes, changes can be accepted until September 20th. Please email events@ignitethefamily.org to request any changes.

Q: Will childcare be provided?

A: Childcare will not be provided. We understand it takes a lot of planning on your part to make sure your kids are well cared for while you are away from them. We are praying this conference will recharge your heart and soul!

Q: Can I bring my nursing infant?

A: We understand the importance of maintaining the nursing schedule for both moms and infants, and want to support that connection. If you believe it will not be a distraction to others around you, we welcome any non-mobile nursing infants. We do ask that you sit in the back of auditorium, where we have reserved seating just for you, in the event that you must leave to tend your baby. We will also have a lactation room available for those who choose not to bring their nursing babies into the auditorium.

Q: Is this event appropriate for my young daughter?  Is there an age requirement?

A: The Hearts2 Mom’s Conference is created primarily for ages 18 and up. However, we realize that there are many young women who are mature for their age.  If you feel like your teen (16 and up) would benefit from attending, then we trust your judgement.

Q: Should I connect with Ignite the Family on social media?

A: Yes! We will be making announcements about the conference, and social media (Facebook & Instagram) is the easiest way to stay informed. Also, we are creating a private Facebook group for women coming to this conference. Upon registration, your thank you e-mail will include a link to join the private group.

Q: What should I do if I've misplaced my ticket?

A: Please email events@ignitethefamily.org and we will email you your ticket.

Q: Something has come up and now I won't be able to attend, can I give my ticket to my friend?

A: Absolutely, although we’re sad you can’t make it. Don’t forget to have your friend purchase recordings of the sessions, so you don’t miss out!

Please email events@ignitethefamily.org by Wednesday September 25th, and we will assist in transferring your ticket. After September 25th, please forward your ticket to your friend and we will assist her at the Registration tables.

In case of medical or family emergency, please e-mail events@ignitethefamily.org and we can provide a refund less a $25 processing fee on your purchase. No refunds will be given after September 25, 2019.
